National Maritime Monitoring and Forecasting Plan, To design and implement the largest marine data collection network in Iran. This project has been carried out with the financial support of the Deputy and Technical Department of the General Directorate and the Ports and Maritime Organization and by the Research Institute of Science and Technology. The implementation of such a plan was entirely based on the technical and internal engineering capabilities of the country and  in its kind, it can pave the way for a dramatic change in various fields of marine engineering and marine sciences in Iran. Predictive Network of Comprehensive Studies of the General Directorate of Coastal Engineering And includes at least eleven measuring sets in the northern and southern waters of the country. Each set of measurements from three deep water stations (buoy wave guide), A coastal meteorological station and a data receiving station are formed.
